Nu e prima oara când lansam tot felul de neterminate
pe post de mari realizari, unice, stralucitoare, mai ceva
ca "cincinalu-n patru ani si jumatate". De unde
oare provine graba? Chiar nu înteleg. Sa nu stie domnul
ministru ce va sa zica "on line"? Nu cred. Mai degraba
presupun ca-n goana dupa globulete si fotolii în viitoarea
remaniere guvernamentala domnia sa se gândi ca numeni
nu sta de sarbatori sa verifice.
