Ministerul Comunicatiilor si Tehnologiei Informatiei (MCTI)
va publica, in luna septembrie, politica si strategia privind
implementarea serviciului universal in tara noastra. Recent,
a fost adoptata Legea pentru serviciul universal si drepturile
utilizatorilor cu privire la retelele si serviciile de comunicatii
electronice.

nordica cu meridianul 230 longitudine estica. Aria totala de
administrare este de 10.225 ha, din care 8.377 ha extravilan
si 1.918 ha in intravilan. Populatia este in jur de 96.000 de
locuitori.
