01.>>>>Un click pentru Constitutie
…(14/10/2003)
nivel national votul electronic. Din pacate pentru cei mai comozi
dintre
oficiale
in Irak, Afganistan, Bosnia-Hertegovina si Kosovo.

02.>>>>Sistem informatic integrat realizat in parteneriat
public-privat
...(Romania Libera: 15/10/2003)
Administratia publica locala din Prahova a realizat sistemul
informatic
integrat al judetului in parteneriat public-privat, rezolvand
astfel

E-VOTE
04.>>>>Online voting still fraught with security,
technology issues,
despite advances
…(ITBusiness.ca: 07/10/2003)
In Canada, our biggest problem seems to be voter apathy — getting
people
out to the polls in the first place. Why not consider e-voting?
But
there's no guarantee that e-voting will increase voter turnout.

05.>>>>E-voting: Democratic or dangerous?
…(BBC NEWS: 08/10/2003)
California has selected its governor in an election where many
cast
their votes not by putting a cross on a ballot paper, or by
punching
holes in a piece of card, but on computerised electronic voting
machines.

06.>>>>UNESCO Promotes “Knowledge Societies” to
Maximize the Impact of

Two standard-setting instruments concerning information and

cyberspace and access to the internet and the other on the preservation

TECHNOLOGY & SOLLUTIONS
08.>>>>V-Empower Wants to Give Small Organizations
Web Expertise
…(Washingtonpost.com: 06/10/2003)
One of Shukoor Ahmed's pet peeves is that people don't know
what their
government is doing. Part of that problem, he believes, could
be
alleviated if more political organizations knew a thing or two
about
communication technology.
